- Open houses and tour appointments - I provide the open house, no-one else

- Strong knowledge of local rental trends, including rent control laws
- SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! Property management is still a relationship-based business.
- Standard Fee: 7% of monthly gross rent for on-going management; one-time lease-up fee of 50% of one month's rent for securing a new tenant. I can find you a tenant without ongoing property management if that is your preference.
